Answer by JKismyhusbandbae: No he is not because 19% of the people cannot win a prize from the game and that is less than 100% therefore he is most likely to not win a prize.

Your friend is incorrect he is most likely to win Duck Pond.

Golf Game = 0.185714285.

Duck Pond = 0.19363636.

By look at the numbers the Duck Pond is most likely to win.
