Considering the image attached to the answer, the set of data I believe to be better is "My friend's data"

This is because comparing both data, my friend's data appear more accurate.

This is established on the statistical rule, that is; the more exact the data, the better.

Unlike my data which appears to be rounded to the nearest tenth.

Also, my friend's data has a higher tendency of measuring other information such as means, median, etc., better.

Hence, in this case, the correct answer is that the set of data I believe to be better is "My friend's data."
