No they should not have the right to name someones baby it's just pure wrong to name a strangers baby. The people who made and gave birth to the baby should have every right to name the baby. A person should have the right to name their baby whatever they want it doesn't matter how embaressing or weird it sounds. The government should not have any right to name a persons baby.
