Discussion: From Plane Geometry the volume of a right cone is
(Pi * r^2 * h)/3
where "r" is the base radius and "h" is the height involved. In our case
r = 12 and h = 8 (I not exactly sure about the "h" value. The number shown in the diagram is not completely clear).
(Pi * 12^2 * 8) /3 = (Pi * 144 * 8)/3
As 3 divides 144, 48 times this formula is equivalent to
Pi* 48 * 8 = Pi * 384
which is 1206.371579
... rounded up to one decimal gives 1206.4
