1.15 Graphing Activities
I need help with this!!

Hi Anna,
Graphin Activity #1:
1. Depth in meters
2. The reason depth in meters is the independant variable because you can change the depth.
3. Number of Bubble/min.
4. The reason number of bubbles/min is the dependant variable because you can't the number of bubbles per minute.
5. The data on the table just spread out in deep it is. For example, it goes up then goes back down the deeper it goes. So the bubbles per minute increase when it gets to the midle of the graph then decreases when you go deeper.
Graphing Activity #2:
1. Time after eating
2. The reason time after eating is the independant variable because you can change how much time after eating.
3. Glucose level ml/liter of blood in each person
4. The reason glucose levels is the dependant variable because you cant change levels of a person.
5. To have diabetes your levels have to be 126ml or higer. So that means everyone on the chart has diabetes. (This one im sure of)
6. If the time was increased to 6 hours the blodd sugars will decrease because of the time they have rested.
7. After 3.5 hours for peron B the level should be 212 to 213.
8. By looking at the graph you can see that the experiment was maily about seeing what glucose levels was appropiate for how much time each person rested.
