The 13th amendment of the constitution protects victims from human trafficking
This amendment says, "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."
Human trafficking is trading humans for labor and etc...
Therefore this is considered a form of slavery which is illegal as the 13th amendment says
Thats why its fitting to say that the 13th amendment protects victims of human trafficking
