It might be your computer or the Brainly app.

My computer acted the same way a few days ago, but when i changed the browser i was using the problem resolved itself.
I suggest you try changing your browser too and see what happens, or try logging onto Brainly using the browser version if you were previously using the app.
Barring any progress, i suggest you contact the Brainly team for additional support.
