condensation is the collection of droplets on a cool surface when humid or warm air is in contact with it. an example would be if you had a glass of ice water, after a while the outside of glass would have water droplets.
a freezing point is the temperature at which a liquid turns into a solid. an example would be if you were to take a glass of water and place it in the freezer overnight it would freeze.
a melting point is the temperature at which a solid will melt. an example of a melting point would be 32 degrees Fahrenheit or 0 degrees Celsius for water.
sublimation is the chemical process of which a solid turns into a gas without going through a liquid stage an example would be when Ice Cubes "shrink" in the freezer.
vaporization is the process when a chemical or element is converted from a liquid or a solid to a gas. for example liquid nitrogen is an inexpensive cryogenic liquid that has a temperature of -190 degrees C, which is very near its boiling point. when exposed to room temperature, the liquid boils, and gives off a invisible nitrogen vapor. if you were to spill some liquid nitrogen on the floor, it would make a puddle, then vanish in a few seconds. Heat from the room and there's a puddle and raises its temperature and causes the liquid to evaporate.
