I really need someone to answer these questions because this is a major grade and I don't understand cells (sorry it's a bit blurry lol)

First of all, that cell is Mitochondria.
The job of this organelle is to make ribosomes, and the structure affects the function by the parts of a mitochondron; it has an inner and outer membrane, and by the outer membrane being more permeable than the inner (meaning that it allows liquids to pass through it), it helps regulate what enters the organelle.
The mitochondron can be found in both a plant and animal cell.
