One of the fundamental belief is that the parents have to be the children's role model,as children would be spending most of the time with their parents. Children are at the stage of learning,and they are most likely to pick up the behavior of their parents. Thus one of the fundamental key is parents behaving well.
Another key is that the parents are to teach,not to punosh their child to correct their behavior,acting as a positive discipline,making the child feel valued and are important to the home,which are factors for the child to behave well independently.
