The Sixth Amendment states that someone accused of a crime must go to trial IN THE STATE OR THE AREA WHERE THE CRIME OCCURRED.
The Sixth Amendment of the United State constitution offer some rights to an accused person, these include: speedy trial, a fair jury, a lawyer, the right to know the nature of the charges brought against you and the right to confront the accusers in the court. The amendment also requires that the crime must be examined in the jurisdiction where it occurred.
