25% is the correct answer, however instead of asking all us people here at yahoo what the answer is, next time you have a fraction you need to turn into a percent, simply divide the top number by the bottom number and multiply it by 100
1 divided by 4 is .25
.25 x 100 = 25%
and instead of multiplying by 100 each time, it's easier just to move that little decimal point to the right two spots! do 400+25%=425
