Specialized equipment and transportation
are needed to further our study of interplanetary space. This will enable us to
record what is happening in space accurately and efficiently just like using
LIGO on gravitational waves. It enables us to measure the activity between two
bodies in orbit in the universe by the gravitational waves it emitted.
