(528 - 480) / 480 = .1 * 100 = 10%

(x - 480) / 480 = .10

x/480 - 480/480 = .10

x/480 - 1 = .10

x/480 = 1.10

x = 1.10 * 480

= 528

480 this year and 10% more next year. 10% of 480 is 48 so 480 +48=528 to stay next year
