You work at a medical office and your supervisor Ethan asks you to write an email to the staff about inappropriate discussions in the workplace Ethan explains that many patients complained about the medical staffs unprofessional language and inappropriate discussions that can be easily heard in the patients lobby. Hi All,

Serving patients have been our number one priority here at this medical clinic. There were a few reports of staff members being unprofessional within the compound such as the lobby. We as a company should remain professional at all times. Please refrain from using unprofessional language and comments on the compound and especially in front of patients. With that said ; failure to comply will result in disciplinary action
