Step 2: combine your like terms. Since we are dividing, Using X subtract 6 -2= 4 so x^4 is in numerator. Next, we deal with Y. 4-8= -4 also just write in numerator.

Step 3: Using the root. Don’t forget the 4, we don’t squared root it! Using your cal cutie got to the function where you can insert your own number for the index. When you do that 16 becomes 2, 81 becomes 3, x 4 become around 1, so does y but first bring the y to the denominator so it becomes positive so it works. Then the answer is shown in my work.
