Assuming it takes 1 yard of cotton cloth to make 4 dress shirts, 63 yards will be able to make 252 dress shirts.
I do doubt though that the question says 1 yard. Say it says 2.3, then l you would have to do is multiply 63 by 2.3 and you get your answer. Just plug in the correct number and multiply by 63.
