X is a central angle, we can tell this because the vertex of the angle is in the center of of the circle and its end points are on the edge of the circle.
Since the end points of both angles are on the same points on the edge of the circle, they are intercepting the same arc.
The Inscribed Angle Theorem states that the measure of an inscribed circle is half of the measure of a central angle if they are intercepting the same arc.
This means that the measure of x would be two times the measure of the inscribed angle.
