Scout is looking forward to school because she's tired of watching Jem run around on the playground with his friends while she stays at home.

Jem avoids Scout at school because she's his younger sibling and he wants to preserve his reputation at school. This is typical older sibling behavior.

Miss Caroline Fisher has several qualities that make her a poor teacher. For example,  she's very strict and rigid when it comes to rules, even when it doesn't make sense. She also punishes Scout for showing self expression, saying "We don't write in the first grade, we print. You won't learn to write until you're in the third grade."

1.  Because she always watches the kids walk to school and is excited for it to finally be her.

2. scout is his little sister he does this because he doesnt want to be embarrassed by her. yes this is normal older child behavior.

3. I think she is trying her best but since she doesnt know what shes doing. Her qualities that are bad is that she didnt take the time to learn about the families in the town but her good qualities are that she is doing her best and trying to learn the ways of the town and its people.
