The answer is an 'Electrical Circuit or system'. It can be composed of simple building blocks of a circuit : potential source and load. When the potential source is able to drive current by exciting movement of the electron on the circuit, electrical charges flow. This flow is called the electrical current and for each load there is a potential drop difference from the source.
