The formula for finding area of a circle is: π · r²

Remember that diameter is 2x the radius. To find radius when given diameter, divide by 2.

d = 26

26 ÷ 2 = 13

r = 13
13² = 13 × 13 = 169

169 × 3.14 = 530.66

The area of the swimming pool is 530.66 ft
