Most of these questions are opinion based - so there isn’t really a right or wrong answer. However, here’s my opinion.
1 - A democracy should be totally open since its meant to have the people make decisions that are best for their country. However, the people could make the wrong choice if the leader hey plan to elect has been hiding secrets on important topics.
2 - Disagree. This is because a good agreement should focus on a compromise for everyone and that it allows for a better future for all partakers and those affected by the agreement.
3 - Yes. This is because the important of newspapers are to tell information to the people and some secrets are needed to be known by citizens.
