You can find this using the equation: 31^2 = 15 x (15+diameter)

(PT)^2 = PA . PB
PA = 15 + x
x = Diameter

-> 31^2 = (15 + x) . 15
-> 961 = 225 + 15 x
-> 15x = 961 - 225
-> 15x = 736
-> x = 736/15
-> x = approximadately 49
