Start by subtracting 4w from both sides to isolate the variable h and it's coefficient. This gives you:
s - 4w = 4h
Now you are going to divide both sides by 4 to isolate the variable h. This gives you your answer:
[tex]h = \frac{(s-4w)}{4} [/tex]
