This stanza is taken from the poem "The Autumn". There is quite a bit of personification in this stanza. Here the poet is not describing about the person but the season. "Who hath seen thee oft amid thy store. (This line is the personification of spring). The line with ":granary floor" describes those searching for Autumn can find it on granary floor. It can be seen in the grain which covers the floor, making the end of the harvest. "Careless" refers to the fact that the work is done and the life once again is carefree.
