Officer Smith has received information about a crime ring that has been operating in his patrol area, including burglaries where
property was stolen, as well as information that cocaine in brown paper wrapping was being sold by the same group. In the burglary
that occurred
the night before, one of the burglars tore his jeans (leaving fibers) and cut his leg (leaving blood) when climbing
