Why it says that a Clearance level gives access to material at that level and lower levels (as long as the person has the appropriate compartment or no compartment is assigned to the information.) So does it mean that everyone can only access the compartments they are assigned to and at their level? Why can they not access other compartments at clearance levels below them? If so why is there even a clearance level at that point?
A. This system ensures information security by restricting access based on clearance level.
B. Clearance levels are designed to limit access to sensitive information within specific compartments.
C. Access to lower clearance level compartments is restricted to prevent unauthorized disclosure.
D. All of the above.
