PLEASE HELP! I need to find figurative language types such as similie, metaphors, hyperbole, onomonopoteia, personification, etc. In this poem I wrote PLEASE HELP ASAP! below is the poem!


The sun was shining bright and bold
As I set out on my journey of old
To the beach, with its sand and waves
I hoped it would be a day to save

As I neared the shore, I felt a thrill
The salty air, the sound so shrill
Birds chirping long and bright
As I kicked off my shoes and went to sea

I felt the waves crashing on my skin
Bringing seaweed within
And knew this was the place I should have been
Swishing waves, as the ocean breeze

I built a sandcastle oh-so-grand
With turrets and moats and shells in hand
It got destroyed, I started to cry
And I was sad as a blobfish
And tingy as a jellyfish
Though Dad helped me overcome
And I was as bright as the morning sun

Taking a swim with all my might
Soon to leave
And as I walked back to my car
I knew this day would take me far
For the beach had shown me a world of wonder
And given me memories to keep and ponder.
