Times in my academic studies that interfere with my learning are the factors of stress and transience. I am usually the type of person to get stressed over academics, so this is a difficult one. When I get stressed, I just feel overwhelmed, and my mind feels frantic and cloudy. This makes it harder to retain information because I am under pressure. Ironically, I am stressed about exams, deadlines, etc, but then procrastinate as a result of my stress (which ends up making it worse). As for transience, it kind of goes hand in hand with my stress. When I try studying, I am usually worried about the large amount of memorization or topics I need to look over. As a result, sometimes the information just fades away, or the day of the exam I can remember bits and pieces of information but not the full or main idea. If I were in the scenario of the anatomy test, to help my stress and transience, I would manage study techniques that personally work for me and my interferences with learning. To reduce stress, I could implement repetition and practice throughout longer periods of time, which will also reduce transience. This
