Ryan is a 14-year-old, sedentary male. Ryan has aspirations of making the baseball team at his high school, but has lived a life with very little physical activity. Ryan stands at 5’10, and weighs 210 pounds. He has no signs of cardiovascular disease, or any other significant risk factors. He is asking you for help finding different exercises that help create muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility. Provide Ryan with a workout program that would best benefit him, and the goals he is trying to achieve. What baseball specific movements did you consider when designing ryan’s workout plan
