The questions that I am most frequently asked are about improving writing skills. Just as with many other skills, the more you do something, the better who will become at it. Right now, academic scholarly writing may feel foreign to you and the rules associated may feel binding. However, as you progress in your doctoral journey, your writing should progress and it should feel more natural. That being said, that does not mean that you do not have to put work and effort into this skill. View the following blog post (it does deal with writing a blog post; however, there is some great advice that you can gain that applies not only to the creation of DQs but to assignments as well) - Identify both your strengths and weaknesses as a writer (we all have them) .
