Directions: To help you get a grasp of the scale and speed of innovation in the early years of the
Industrial Revolution, you will use your section 1 notes and the provided reading section to construct a
visual timeline of all important innovations and inventions from 1700-1900 CE.
There are a total of 18 inventions mentioned in the reading and notes that must be included, along with
their dates.
Your timeline should be on paper, and should be colorful. Include illustrations or other creative elements.
Your timeline should be horizontal and use both sides of the timeline to avoid cramping. Names and dates
