Most ECG findings in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy may include:
a) Left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) with or without repolarization abnormalities (e.g., ST-segment changes, T-wave inversion)
b) Pathologic Q waves suggestive of prior myocardial infarction
c) Left atrial enlargement
d) Arrhythmias (e.g., atrial fibrillation, ventricular arrhythmias)
