Child presents with sore throat, fever, headache, vomiting. She has a sandpaper rash in flexor creases which moves to the trunk and extremities; circumoral sparing. Her tongue is bright red with bumps. She also has antecubital Pastia's lines and skin peeling of palms and soles. What is the diagnosis?
