you or someone from your community. Then, you will complete a graphic organizer. Finally, you will write
a review of health products, health services, or preventative practices related to the health issues you
chose.

Part One: Health Decisions Graphic Organizer
Research two of the three options in the graphic organizer to find health solutions that could improve the health issue. List three products, services, or preventative practices for each health issue chosen. You may ask others to recommend health solutions, then research those found in your community. Review the effectiveness and safety of each product or service, and cite credible sources to back up your review. Lastly, choose the most effective health solution associated with the health issue, and include reasoning to support your choice.
The options are; STD Prevention, Weight Management, and Acne.

Part Two: Health Decisions Summary
Summarize the two health solutions you chose in 2-3 sentences each. Use valid information to support your answers.
1. Explain why you chose each product, service, or preventative practice.
2. Describe how you would use each health solution, or how you would adapt your lifestyle.
3. Use your credible sources as references in your review.
