Write a brief fact sheet explaining the process of getting a bill
created and out of committee.

6. PRESENTING With a partner, discuss the likely changes that
would take place if representatives in the House were members of
five political parties instead of two. How would the change affect
the way the Speaker is chosen, the power the Speaker holds, the
way committees form and function, and the way bills are passed?
