Problem:
Decrypt ciphertext with repeating xor

Idea:
some digging led the key to be 'WUTANG'
create a new key to fit the length of the ciphertext
note that there should be a letter per two chars in the ciphertext since it is in hexadecimal
perform the xor operation
convert the returned result to char
result should be *ctf{-------}
