Rachel made a verbal agreement to sell her used bicycle to Michael for $400. A few days later, she got an offer of $600 from Paul and verbally accepted the higher offer. Prior to delivering the bicycle, Rachel decides she no longer wants to sell the bicycle. Both Michael and Paul sued her for breach of contract.
