Can you help me through these practice Algebra Problems and please show work.
1. Given 6x + 9y = 12, find the slope, m, and y-intercept, b, of the line.
2. Are the lines 6x + 2y = 7 and -x + 3y = 4 parallel, perpendicular, or neither?
3. Graph the equation and show a minimum of 3 coordinate points for 4 problems.
Y= 2/3x - 2
Y= 3
X= -7
Y = -1/5x + 1
4. State the domain of f(x) = 3x/(x-3)(x+5)
5. State the domain of r(x) = the square root of x + 3 divided by x.
6. Graph h(x) = -|x + 2| State the domain and range of h, and the intervals for which h is increasing and decreasing
7. Graph g(x) = (x-2)^2. State the domain and range of g, and the intervals for which g is increasing and decreasing.
8. Sketch each function and state the leading term, coefficient, degree, constant term, end behavior, domain/range, and intercepts and intervals where the function is increasing or decreasing and the maximum and minimum points.
f(x) = x^2 - 6x - 9
g(x) = 3x(x - 3)(x + 1)
h(x) = -2(x - 1) (x + 1)^ 2(x + 3)
Please show work for all of these problems. This is due by 11:30pm tonight.
